Holistic & affirming therapy to honor your roots & love your authentic self

Hello! I’m Jillian, LICSW

I’m a therapist and business owner of Plumeria Psychotherapy PLLC. I offer culturally affirming and evidence-based psychotherapy to adults across Washington state. I support multicultural and QTPOC adults healing from stressful experiences to create peace with your past, build a loving relationship with yourself, and feel connected to what matters most to you - in ways that honor your identities and values.

Areas of focus

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Anxiety

  • Stress & Burnout

  • Self-esteem & self-criticism

  • BIPOC, AAPI & LGBTQIA2S+ communities

  • Multicultural & multiracial identities

  • Immigrant experiences

I’m here to support you in strengthening the relationship you have with yourself and creating meaningful changes in your life. Whether that’s exploring the stories you hold about yourself, building new skills to handle the hurdles in life, managing anxiety and stress responses, cultivating more self-trust and compassion, or feeling more connected to yourself and what matters to you. We can work together to get to the root of your challenges and make lasting changes in your life.
